If you received the Mikki Device Sever’s Solution kit and followed the treatment protocol (custom orthotics and pediatric nighttime brace) and saw no improvement in 60 days, return for a full refund minus a 15% material restocking fee.
 
*If your child has experienced no improvement in 60 days and has followed the treatment instructions provided, please see your doctor or pediatric podiatrist because this indicates there is another underlying condition.
 
You can return the kit for any other reason (changed mind, never used, etc…) within 30 days and will be refunded full price minus a 10% material restocking fee.
 

Please included the following items with your return:

  1. Both custom orthotics
  2. The pediatric nighttime boot
  3. And any unused STS slipper socks

Items not required to return are:

  1. Plastic bags
  2. Blue slipper clips
  3. Spray bottle
  4. Instructional paper


(The customer will be required to cover packaging and shipping.)

We may require additional information about product use, brace wear consistency, and other factors to ensure proper use before approving returns. Our goal is to provide the best service possible.

mikkidevice.com may, but is under no obligation to, honor requests for refunds for the following reasons:

  • Non-delivery of the product: Due to an issue with the mail or courier service, you do not receive a delivery e-mail from us.

Depending on the price of the product, mikkidevice.com may require you to first submit proof that you have submitted a report to the mail service or courier company describing the missing item.

  • Incorrect use of product: The product is meant to treat Sever’s disease in children and nothing else.
  • Product not-as-described:

A request based on this reason is addressed on a case-by-case basis and subject to our approval. To prevent this kind of claim from arising, every kit is quality controlled and double-checked before shipping.

Resolving most fitting concerns can be efficiently addressed through the process of recasting the child and identifying specific areas causing discomfort in the existing orthotics. Complimentary recasting kits are available and will be dispatched at no extra cost, ensuring that orthotics are given priority throughout the fabrication process. We encourage you to contact our laboratory to discuss the recasting procedure and address any further questions or concerns.
